Mums for Lungs Redbridge - Ray Lodge School

About us

Mums for Lungs Redbridge is made up of local parents and residents who are connected by a shared concern for air quality in the London Borough of Redbridge. The group was set up in January 2022 and is an arm of Mums for Lungs, a grassroots voluntary organisation campaigning for clean air in London running since 2017. The Redbridge group currently has 20 volunteers drawn from across the borough. Most are parents, but not all, and come from a diverse range of backgrounds and age groups

We are so excited to be part of the Breathe London Programme. Having an air quality node at Ray Lodge School will be hugely beneficial for both the children and staff at the school as well as local residents, as it will enable us to understand more about the quality of the air in our local neighbourhood and take action to improve it with mitigation measures if needed
